Hit me up and I'll give you the skinny.
I have it a small test drive today before it heads up to the Bronx. Runs beautifully. And due to the way it's built it has some give to it.
A couple of weeks ago I was asked to recreate an iconic rotary...the Roto Tech. I'd been sent an original...which had been modified by Ronnie himself. It was a blast to build and a pain in the ass...
Not sure if you're asking me, but I build these machines.29672 They vary in price, but this particular one was $200USD with free shipping.
"'Ultra light rotary for stippling?
So 20 plus years has begin to leave its mark on my hands. The pain was getting worse so I stopped using coils and am now using Spektra X's and its much better....
Exactly the look I was going for :)
Cool beans. And yes, you got it right. The stroke is adjustable from nearly dead zero (fun to mess with people when the machine is running but the needle isn't moving) to about 6mm.
I made my machines to be an all around daily driver. They line, shade, and color pack like a coil. I've used 3rl to 14rs for lining and 5mg to 15mg for sharing and whatnot. From fine lines to bold...

With the Springers there isn't any sagging, the distance from the frame to the motor housing is so short that no downward drop is allowed. I've tested various springs and the effect is...

The last one is already claimed, but I do sell them. A custom springer direct drive is $300, a fixed DD is $250. You can get one at www.illustratedgentleman.bigcartel.com. I post random one offs...
And a couple more...http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/04/10/e5fede49097e29cc571bf5f82e231bab.jpghttp://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/04/10/823c7be5d92cf2df73839c64c0c73088.jpg
These guys were a blast to build and the new vertical springer prototype is showing some promise. It's tiny and weighs about 2.7oz. Quietest machine I've built so far. Now I just have to pretty it...
Thanks guys
Made this one about two weeks ago. Copper and brass. Weighs I-cant-get-away-from 4oz, fully adjustable stroke and I've got an Eikon 20 on the back end keeping it nice and springy....
Knocked this out last night using my springer direct drives.

Both are 4oz.
Thanks guys, and I'm selling them for $250(Copper Dodger) and $300(Dirty Bastard) with free shipping in the US. If you're overseas, I'll split the shipping with you.
