Tried them in Minneapolis , seems like they have very little tension which I think is good to allow the machine to run faster . Should be great for the stylus users out there .

I'd get the combo and that piece from fk that allows you to use normal tubes so that you have a more compact setup and you can do the Cheyenne style tube or disposable

Mine slips with the rpg disposables but I've only actually tattooed with it with a Cheyenne grip.. I let a friend use it and he didn't have an issue with the kingpin tubes . I'm a fan of it though...

For me if a machine only runs 90-100 hz I don't care how it "hits" or how much torque. I can't use it. I line with 125-140 hz depending on skin and needle size. And I shade and work color around the...

^and that's why stylus motors don't last lol. You have to run them above their max voltage rating to get the machine to run fast enough to tattoo comfortably. They are a 12v max yet when you buy one...

Is the 5w motor noticeably faster than the 4.5? My amen only runs 87hz and hits like a sledge hammer and vibrates something fierce. I want to like the machine because it's neat but I fucking hate it...

The scribes made of an incredible durable plastic material . To me it feels nothing like the ego machines and more like a smooth swashdrive-ish material .
