Not to increase the options and make your decision harder, but the MC 12 is a beast!
i just took a look. It is the same machine that I have, so its good to go..
what supplier ?
hmmm... I have almost all the machines dale offers. That being said, they all sound different. I have a standard brass 6 v that is super quiet, kind of like a neotat but the rotary works sounds...
What he said. I was big on no-give and to be honest not so much anymore, especially for lining. You need that little bit of force to puncture the skin without having to jam the needle in... I have...
how does the maxon cranker compare to the other model crankers
it seems there are quite a few versions of the mc 13... I prefer the mc 12... but yes both adjustable..
message him on facebook and you will get a fast response
What I have is the mc 12 it does not have the bearing in the pivot of the A bar
Nice and thanks for the brief review of the MC2, I think Ill stick to the MC 12 as it punches right on through..lol. Engaging or shoving for lining with a rotary is what i have experienced with all...
this is exactly what i had to do to mine. My advice send it in and have Franco try his best to remedy the noise. It is a real pain having to adjust the motor till it gets just right. And to be...
it seems there is just to many great rotaries out there to consider chancing it on one.
ALso, I had a question for you in regards to the adjustable stroke. It say form 1-8mm, my question is doesn't say running 2.5mm then near 5mm put a strain on the motor because of the back spring...
I say get em and give them a go. Rotary works use graupner so they are not short on power. In my opinion, the selling point of your machine is that it is reasonably priced. Now if you start...
Here is my DD (NICKS), and I think the idea of the side to side wobble at the tip is a bit silly. At the tip, it is bout as linear as any machine I have used, including needle clip machines.
...
Agreed it sounds really loud
agreed and at times with at rotary I find myself enjoying hearing nothing but the needles working the skin. No music, no conversation just peace and quite. It is quite relaxing..
disregard my above comment, as i just saw this..lol
Bringing down the weight, in my opinion is of the utmost importance when trying to sell a new rotary. weight, noise, performance are what rotary users are looking for.
Clearly, you get people together from all over the world things will get lost in translation and intent misconstrued. Don't read to much into it!
He used to post quite a few pictures of his machines. Im sure if you enter his name in the search you will find them..
Exactly man, there is only so many ways to make a rotary tattoo machine...lol
please let us know how it goes. I was considering doing something similar to all of my Abar rotaries. In essence trying to immulate the OG cranker give..
thanks, glad someone is on the same page as I
