Massive shout out for this machine! I've got the 3.5 stroke and it's really nice. Neo Tat are synonymous with well built reliable machines but now they've got this cartridge specific model I believe...
I think it's fast enough but maybe lacking in torque. I have an Axys Fehu and Cheyenne Thunder and both of those have torque and speed. I'm not sure if it's more geared towards black and grey. I...
Yeah I think there is much more very high quality rotary machines out there now so they're not quite as much hit and miss as they used to be. There is also a lot of information on here to read...
Hey guys, any Fantom users out there care to share their findings/opinions on this machine.
I've recently bought one. It is crazily tiny with zero vibration! A little louder than I thought it was...
Anybody got experience with one of these? Obviously the brand is known and respected but what is the difference with this version? I heard it's more powerful and doesn't need the spring removed for...
Not all brushless motors have a start up delay.
Thanks for the info. Yeah i've got the 3.5. Obviously a big factor is the carts that are being used, Cheyenne and Slot Lock carts need more poke to get going because of the spring in the carts. EZ...
I've just bought one. How small is this thing!?!? What voltages are people using it at? Seems awesome so far, can't wait to do more with it!
So a very interesting post went up on Franco Vescovi's Instagram page! It showed a "Tesla Vibration Sequence Motor Technology" machine. It's clearly a 3D model but talks about the power being in the...
I wonder if that's why I am struggling with mine? I'm using it through a CX-2 and I honestly can't feel this torque people are mentioning? I've had it up to 13v and I still can't line with it! I...
Dragonfly maybe. One of the best give systems available on rotarys IMO
What are they like for lining?
I agree with so many points on here. For me though it's all about finding that machine that just suits you perfectly. A machine that matches your hand speed and style etc... I believe the search is...
Chances are if you drop it (especially on hard tiled floors) it'll break but that's the case with most rotaries with complicated moving parts.
They're all nice but i particularly like the baby Gorilla.
Ray from Neo Tat doesn't tattoo and he made the 1st popular linear slider rotary. He's sold a shed load and is pretty well respected. I believe a lot is how the builders conduct themselves within the...
haha fair enough. I've got a colour Star Wars piece in tomorrow so I'll give it a go with carts then.
Nice and smooth mate. Standard needles or carts?
Hiya guys, i know these machines have been around for a while now but there's not that many threads about them. I know they're widely used so i thought that was kinda strange? I've just won one on...
Does it not have allen screws to hold the motor in place in the frame? If so, undo these, take the motor out then the slider should come out. This is how it's done in Bishops, Neo Tats etc...
So here's my main arsenal. These are pretty much always in rotation although i do have my favourites, the Axys is a great all-rounder, the Whip is an awesome liner, the Ego R12 is awesome at most...
I haven't heard anything about these? They look decent and as you say there is some great work that's been done with them.
They do have to be used with Stigma grips though of course.
Killer Ink have only been selling them for about a month. It's obviously going to take a lot of time to get their positive feedback far enough to be as popular as Cheyenne. It does seem as though...
