i purchased a ego of a member on here and got it yesterday and it runs really smooth and quiet!
then purchased another and it came today and sounds like a bag of nails compared to the other, loud and not smooth with play in the slider, i seen a post on Instagram from bez about a upgraded slider, so im thinking one has the old and one has the new. does anybody no anything about the new upgraded sliders?

all sorted if you contact them with your address they send out the upgraded slider part free of charge, makes the machine quieter and smoother!!
you cant beat that for customer service ;-)
