This might look simple but is so not. I respect people that can pull a clean tattoo like that. It shows they have the skills! Nice work

Lenert, that is some seriously clean work! I wish that I could get people to get that type of work around here. My question is, how do you get such great pics of your work? Camera, settings?

I never do anything traditional. Maybe 2-3x a year I'll get asked...but it's super fun to do.

Thanks a lot dude..! Your works and photos look nice to me..! I care about photos super much and its still so hard and stressful ,( Using iphone 5, standard light sometimes soften with tracing paper, little adjusting in iphone, no filters etc..! I prefer client laying not standing just to keep it steady.. btw daylight in shade is always the best light..! Taking photos of fresh tattoos is science dude.. I hate it ,D

best way to get really good photos is to get a camera with the ability to control shutter and aperture speed. I had a sony alpha dslr camera and it was awesome you could capture the true saturation and depth of the piece with ease with just a little understanding of how shutter/aperture works. lost everything in a fire so now only have an android phone and I cant get a good pic if my life depends on it. I see really good pics with iphone sometimes, but I miss my camera so much. for about 400 bucks you can get a real nice new camera that is awesome, there are some cheaper ones that will do the job also, but like with some machines, you want quality you sometimes have to pay for it.
