    New Rapier II Liner Only

Here's the prototype and it's real balanced and light as a feather. I will be doing the production models in aluminum and Black Delrin plastic.Polished RapierLiner 001.jpg

    Cool!

I'm digging that littler one the more I look at it.

What's the stroke going to be for these zippy liners?

I would like a nice little, light weight rotary for lining.
I use a little phantom coil and love her.
I used a knock-off the other day for lining and the precision was insane (once I found a nice spot with voltage)

3.5 mm stroke for the moment but we are getting ready to do a 2.5mm and 3.5 mm crank so you can choose short or long stroke. I'm trying to use some of the new parts on the Treasure Chest machine for the Rapier II to cut down on machining costs on the new Treasure Chest.

I'm doing the machining right now on these as the orders come in. I have got it down to about an hour to machine and reassemble the motor housing. So if you want one just pm me and let me know what you want. Hard hit with little give or soft hit with a lot of give.

Cary can you make one of these with the back motor can from the rapier 1-I use one smaller rubberband-the neuma size works great much better then the size 12 or 13. Plus it cuts down on weight.
