Looks like Mr Clark has something to be upset about. It's one thing to do an opposed magnetic machine, it's another to copy the entire system. I think it is too close. Look cool but not original

i would buy a clark but the weight is heavy ...thats very light -but i can not say how its possible to get it with a small motor magnetic. Clark tell my he have to use a very strong motor.

It pretty much is John Clark's design no doubt. Whoever thought this up has probably never built a tattoo machine before. No room for the rubber band and no room for a retainer as there is no clearance. Does the tube get glued into place before every tattoo? Looks like it's using a brushless dc motor which requires a esc between the machine and power supply. Another thing that leads me to believe that this is a brushless dc motor driven machine(besides the fact that the picture is of a brushless dc motor) is the 3.5mm input as that is the only way to connect 3 wires. Obviously this person has not built this machine yet and will learn the hard way once he does. I'm basing my comments off the pictures as if it were an actual representation of the final machine. Whoever designed the machine needs to go back to the drawing board. Cool cad though.

Also should go back to the drawing board and come up with his own idea haha. If it ever gets made, I'm sure it'll sell well. Out of respect for John though, I wouldn't give it a try as it is too similar to his system.
