Hey there. New girl to the forum

    Good mornin',

My name is Lizzy, I'm kind of new here. I'm a cosmetic tattoo artist. I am new to rotaries and am using the Halo from Gaston. I have two of his AL coils. Over 8yrs I've gone from brass to steel to aluminum all out of necessity. Took a six month apprenticeship with a traditional tattoo artist to learn what we don't typically get in our industry...on the flip side had a few Cosmetic pioneers that took me under their wing.

I thank all of you for the posts. I have been able to gleen from them and apply it to my own style. There is no other forum that could have helped me more.
I've found a starting point for running my Halo and working on finding those sweet spots.

Thanks all! I look forward to more.

    Lizzy from San Diego

Thanks for the warm welcome! I'm doing great Gaston. It's taken me awhile to pull out my Halo. The first thing I used it on was a lip fill, I use bugpins mags, it was a beautiful thing! I'm still working on shading with it and I think I finally found my sweet spot for lining, thanks to this forum!
There's not many Cosmetic artists that have used coils and rotaries. I tried the Taptat years ago but lost patience and gave it to a friend. Happy I waited
