    Correct me if I'm wrong, but It looks like you are 3D printing the bodies using PLA filament which is made out of corn.

    no its s.l.a. with a laser and resin very lightweight and very strong
    thats why i give life warranty on the machines (except motor)

    looks like with the motor being in that material and the body also, that the vibration would be minimal. looks very unique

    Im lost... Im not a vegan though so have no idea what this means by vegan friendly. The production process looks like its easier and quicker though, nice work.

    I think he uses biodegradable resin/ filament to print his housings. But all machines are vegan as they use non animal products (with exception of real leather skin wrapped coils) so I'm confused about the statement.

    I am no expert however in my understanding the resin is derived from vegetable oil. Which would be vegan. Most plastics are petroleum based and that oil is made up of all organic material that was in the area at the time it was trapped underground. Could be dinosaurs, fish, or any animal or plant that was in the region. Hope that puts some insight in how unvegan most plastics are. This has always been a point of concern that I am surprised more vegans don't address.
