I concur.i just want a refund as well. It's unfortunate, but after this long I don't have any faith in the system or when we need parts or repairs.

To be honest I had a long talk with him, and I mentioned to him that the only real issue people were having was the lack of communication. I suggested that he make a bigger effort to let people know whats up, and he'll probably find things a lot better.

Look, any chance you could ask him whats happening with refunds? I live in australia and cant really call because of the time difference.....

Several people have requested refunds. I believe tha. He is currently short on funds and is giving refunds as funds come availible. But . Don't know of anyone who has got one yet. I could be wrong.

Has anyone actually got their refund yet? I have been holding out and holding out, hoping something would come of this. But I'm tapped out. Their are too many other machines I want and I'm tired of waiting. However, I don't want to go off and purchase another machine if refunds are not coming through. If anyone has received their money back, please let me know. Thanks everyone.
