I'm not sure if I qualify as a builder yet, but I've put together another DD. This time I've used brass and actual bone. The bone was hand carved and sealed against moisture. It weighs 5.5oz, and 4mm stroke with a slight give. I've decided to sell this one and the Bamboo Steampunk.
