Dan Kubin crank rotary with slight dampening

    100_0680.jpg100_0679.jpg100_0684.jpg100_0678.jpg100_0681.jpg

This is the newest development for me. Slightly dampened with the option to stiffen a bit.
    almost 5mm stroke.

I'm hoping it's going to be my power liner. It's hot off the mill, and haven't used it yet..except on my fingernail.

    4.7 ounces

That's the best looking machine you've built Dan, I take it there is a little flex/give in the crank?

The dampening is all hidden. I'm calling the drive bar the crank. I suppose I should call this an armature rotary. the dampening is in the armature. it has just the right amount to where it's not too gushy, but put's a little life in the stroke. It seems that with these machines, a little dampening goes a long way in regards to performance.
    Thanks, Limey.

Dan, it looks very cool! It sorta reminds me of those WWI cigarette lighters.

    Keep up the good work!
