cheyenne grips too loose
Anyone having trouble with the cheyenne grips when using the inkjecta flite v2 combo? If i tilt the machine to the side ever so slightly,
or the weight of the rca is a little on the heavy side, the grip changes its needle depth all by itself.
Is there any way to make the grip a little stiffer so it doesn't change so easily anymore?

Cohesive tape works great. If you wrap it from the bottom of the grip to just past the seam where it turns. It won't bind the grip. But it'll keep it from clicking when you don't want it to.

hmm...... thanks i will try it today. fingers crossed it works. I don't understand that for the cost of a grip like it they couldn't come up with stronger springs to stop it from clicking so easily......

Every single one I own has the same problem. I own 4 of the conventional thunder type grip and 2 flex one with the deramic ring
Fitted on them. I love these ones no worries at all. I wish i would, ve bought the flite v2 vice first. All my grips would be flex ones.

You can pull them apart it's not easy but it can be done. There is a thread on here showing one apart but I can't remember who done it?
