    Yet another old fella

It may well be my advancing years that pull me to drawing old folk or it may just be I love the endearing characters that live within those wrinkled features. This was done at the studio over the last month in between appointments using an HB and A 2B mechanical pencil on letraset marker paper, A4 Captureoold.JPG

Your portraits are incredible! How many hours do you think that you have in this one?
The sooner you don't care what other people think about you, the better off you will be. aerochild.com

Than you serial , I will take a wild guess at around 5-6 hours on this one, done bit by bit , an hour here 30 minutes there. I did choose this one for its relatve simplicity as there is no background, very little hair ( what hair is in this one is not visible on transition to pc screen here) and very simple clothes, so it was a "quick" one for me . The main aim also in this was his spectacles as i struggle more with man made form over natural forms so probably spent more time there than was needed

What do you charge for something like this & something more complex?
