Now this appears to be a Foschi tattoo pen, some type of older style rotary ( I assume ) pen. I believe it is Italian possibly in origin. I got it off of eBay Spain so at least European most likely. So googling some has come up with nothing. Anyone ever heard of it? Seen one before? It was described as a tattoo machine rather than cosmetic, however I wonder if this is an earlier cosmetic machine. Well I gambled some money on eBay for something interesting. Thinking of making a display of older machines in my shop. I do have a few.
