I recently purchased the new Kingpin DD..I can't get the vice to grab onto any of my tubes even disposables, so bummed out, ive tryd both vices they send with the machine, ..any advice??.

I had the same issue. I called them and they sent new vice screws.The new one solved the problem. I'd ask them to exchange the machine if the replacement screws dont work.

Thanx man, but I figured it out,, my dumbass placed the screws in the wrong side, lol..sheeiit.my bad
