Again the Critical Cx1 G2 (SOLVED)

Well... I was tattooing a customer. Everything fine. Then came the next in 5 minutes. I try to start the tattoo and this fucker shows no life. Not like other Critical I had losing power in seconds, this time it's just died.

I know that people here talks very well about the customer service of Critical but, knowing that it has to go probably overseas I can be without it for a month.
It's my second Critical with problems, as it stills in warranty period, I called the dealer and they told me that they don't bring it anymore because of the problems they give.
They are nice people, offered me to choose, send to repair, refund my money or a Five Moths (I don't know the model name but it's one with digital screen I guess)
I only have tried Eikon and Critical, did you hear abt this brand? I know the brand name but nothing more...

That's unfortunate. I had an issue with my CX1 G2 and the distributor in Germany just replaced it for me.

Premier Products is a distro, so is Killer Ink, and I think Tattoo Safe.

Well i wrote to the Critical customer service and they suggest me to try to change the adaptor for another to see if the problem was into it, as they told me it´s a very common issue.

Tried it with a laptop adaptor that fortunately has the same connector pin and it works like always. They are going to send me a new adaptor, so good luck finally!

Hope this helps for somebody in the future
