I haven't,, but,,, I've heard of people not being able to get ahold of him..this may sound dumb, but I'd search his instagram for his phone # and text/call him. .I think I remember texting with him a while back ago when I first got a machine off of him.

he is not a man that rushes anything it seems, i ordered a hard bar for my machine and it too a bit over a month to get to me.
