a was into 7h of tattooing and the machine start to loose power and them stop, i use a critical cx2 does it affect on the life time of the motor ?
i need a cartridges machine
now a don´t know that machine to buy
a new thunder or the spektra edges x
what are my options for the old thunder?
send it to cheyenne to replace the motor ?
buy myself a motor and change it? were can i buy a motor ? is hard to do it ?

If you call Cheyenne they will tell you to contact your vendor. So just be prepared to ship and I believe pay 50 fee to collect on the warranty.

what motor did you buy ?

I do have a busted one that got it's motor replaced with a Portescap 16n2r28. It's a little small but the set screws hold it in place just fine

I replaced my motor in my hawk with a maxon from fk irons. .. easy.

It's a motor from the bolt they use in the halo. Pm gaston and see if he will sell you a motor. I got a motor from him sent to the UK it was cheaper than buying a motor from Maxton UK.
