I just got a Direkt last week an dI have to say I love this thing too! It is smooth , barely vibrates and is quieter than the edge by a bit. I alternate now between using the Edge X and the Direkt. it is powerful and a fun machine to use!

They feel pretty much the same to me, I really like both of them and I don't know that i could choose one over the other.

yes, with carts, I haven't tried traditional needle and tube with it yet.

i have one i use a conventional set up with. 2 heads and a motor. totally ousted my coils
