I did this today Using nothing but a Fk Iron Edge (no-give) machine, With the new Rpg Click grip. I used needles from T-Tech i ran a 3rnd for the fine line and a 9rnd for my bold lines. For all the shading i alternated between a 7mag and a 11mag..As far as ink goes i used Dynamic for my black work and lining and Fusion ink for all of my color ..

I am running a Tatsoul "Rage" Power supply. As far as lining. It really depends what im trying to push?. And what area i am tattooing?. This paticular piece, I ran the 3rnd at about 9.1 , When i was pulling the bigger lines. And using the 9rnd. I would turn the Power up to conpensate for the additional needles and i was running the machine at 9.5 All my shading and coloring i run the Edge at. 8.5 that seems to work best for me. But once again it all depends on the areah and what im doing. For example if im tattooing a chubby back flank i probably would run my mags at 9.5 just to push the ink in the skin properly. Once again this is just what works for me feel. Free to leave ur input and experiences and give it a try. All in all i have to say i really do love my Edge (nogive) . Its currently the only machine i am using. The more i use it, the machine just seems to feel more and more comfortable. I just wish it had the same weight as my coil machines with steel grip. I feel if it did i personally would 110 percent have more controll and acuracy pulling big lines with. But as is the machine is awesome. Im just blown away that with this system . I dont need any other machines period. Its crazy when u think about it. Especially since i was so used to a 3 machine / 4 machine set up ..what do u guys think? I notice 90 percent of people are buying and using the edgex . Whats ur guys opinions and how do u guys run your machines. How has the give worked out for u guys ?

My preferred machines are with no give. Even with the ones I use that have the give option like the compact, I find myself 90% of time with the rigid bar.
Just for me, on the fluffy areas I find it very useful. For the rest I prefer adapt my hand to the DD feel
