I made a similar design but with slider. I would Try using a smaller motor like a 21600 from maxon.

its 3.5mm stroke. the swash plate is screwed to the shaft...

I was siked on this design till I saw that last pic. Whats up with the smiley face? yuck. I like the casing of the old one. im also not a fan of that sparkly coil cover. Anyone else agree with me here?

If you read the thread I think that's just showing how you can have a custom design on the motor housing if you wanted one, not that every machine has a smiley face on it.

ahahaha... spooner your funny... yeah, that smiley face was just a trip... and its a a smile for perfection. we just had this machine run perfect, smooth with a roller on the driver abar... and it has a manual adjustable stroke length. yes, we offer custom motor covers that can be done using a drill. intro price is $370 with free shipping to US with lifetime warranty.
it will be launched in an international convention by august here in the philippines.

also we will not use this sparkling covers anymore. we are coming with plain color covers or we can comeup with a different cover.
