    Neotat Original not running right...

Hi guys....i've been using a neotat original for colour packing for the last 18 months....recently the machine doesn't run right for the 1st few minutes....it runs really slow and requires 16 volts to get a half decent speed going....during this time the power supply also shows a reduced voltage(normally around 9 volts) on its meter despite being set at 16 volts......after a few minutes the voltage can be reduced to 11 volts and the machine seems to work fine once it's warmed up .... all my other machines work fine ..it's only the neotat original causing this problem...i've cleaned and lubed it to no avail....i've diassembled the machine and ran the motor on its own and the problem still occurs while the motor is out of its casing...any ideas??

Call NeoTat, whoever answers can help you. If all it is is the motor its a really easy swap to fix it.
