    critical cx2

hey guys.i had a critical cx2 that after about 1 year and a couple
of months stopped working.the screen was working normaly but my machines wouldn't.the supplier i got it from took it back and replaced it after about 4 months.my new critical stopped working at about 4 months.it has never fallen down.i never take it off its place.i got a bit dissappointed that it stopped working so fast.does anyone else has issues?also from what i see the customer service is really good but my supplier takes too long to replace it for me and tells me stories that he is waiting reply from the company and other excuses.can anyone help me?

I had problems with the CX1 G2, first it was the adaptor (crap in my opinion) which is famous for giving problems.
A while ago the unit started giving me problems with drops of voltage.
I contacted directly with them and they always reply back very fast and solved the problems. The negative point for me us that I had to wait to receive back the unit with the last issue, but it's what I can expect living so far...
So in general pretty happy with the customer support, I'd try to contact directly with them
