    Mc15 motor wiring

    Need help with wiring this mc15 motor looks like only 1 wire coming out any help

    Might be earthed though the body of the motor. So that wire would be + . All motors have a - & + show some pics people might then direct you to how to wire it up..

    The red is + and the white is - it wont work if both are together. Get a clip cord and put one clip on the red and one on the white the motor should then run, that is you havent burnt it out wiring the earth to the positive. What some builders do is earth the white straight to the body of the machine but you then have to make sure the earth on the contector ie rca is earthed to the frame as well then there is only need for the + to be wired in..

    Unless that is a special motor with 2 pos then the earth is the body of the motor. But you need a earth to get the current to run through the motor. Think of it as a light bulb.
