    bishop rotary back plate

i have two bishops now and two on the way (love these things) and was going to change pics out and lube both. first one no prob motor was pushing rca plate off with only one of the two screws off. motor dropped easy went back together the same way. second one took all four screws off and couldnt get the back plate off!! i even jiggled the swing bar till i felt the bear drop, the motor was completely free at that point but this plate wont give. Any suggestions i dont want to mess this machine up!!

Hey there Merk, yes that sometimes happens due to just a tight fit on the backplate. What you can do is use an allen wrench ot even a needle bar and slide it in the holes of the clipcord and give it a nice and even "tug" and should pop off perfectly..Note: if you have an rca version then you may try putting a paper towel around the rca (not to scuff the rca) and slightly tug it with some needle nose pliers.. call me if you need help. I will pm you my cell. Thank you
