    For Mac open in QuickTime and use the export function I believe there is a setting for web. If your version is older and can not export use iMovie. If you can not do either there are free tools like media pipe, ffmpeg, etc. if I had my laptop handy I would double check. Working off a phone.

    movie maker doesnt take the .mov format
