It runs really nice and smooth, super silent! I was in tears at one point today.... We tweaked that slider several times. The finish of the slider will be even better with the new mold tweak. What a pain in the ass that mold and everything that relates to injection molding but it was necessary due to the complex shape of the slider which it houses the stainless steel piston. The slider also has a design that distributes lubrication as the machine runs.
We are making last adjustments to the motor cap. I am trying a clip in system to compare if I like the thread system or clip. And of course every little thing delays things even more but we are really close to have this finalized.
