That makes me nervous. I just went through an 9 month ordeal raising hell with Neuma over shit like this. If that happens to me again, I'm just gonna stop ordering things.

I think Cary has been busy. I asked him for a total with shipping on some parts a week or so ago and I am still waiting. I am pretty sure he does everything there is to do in his company.

Word. Yeah, I can't imagine running a one person company and having to deal with a whole gaggle of our impatient asses. Hopefully I hear back from him soon, but from what I keep hearing, I have nothing to worry about.

Just got my reply. What a stand up guy, I can see why everyone raves about his service now. He said something about not receiving emails from the website's server, and apologized for the delay. Looking forward to my shipment
