Finished this prototype a few minutes ago. German motor, 2 crank shaft bearings, 3 built in strokes 2.5mm,3.2mm,and 4.2mm long stroke. Runs from 5-12 volts with no needle wobble at the tip. There is a video on my Facebook page Cary Thomas. I'm thinking $300.00.Old School Rotary 001.jpg
Yes these will be in production. They come with either a fast motor for a liner or the slower one for a shader. It performs really well as a liner. I did a large piece on a sleave I've been working on. It brought back memories of days gone by of the old rotaries I built years ago. I will do bronze if you want a heavy one for $25.00 extra for the cost of the bronze.
