    Stealth needle depth problem

This is the problem I have, when i go to line with my rotary I can't push my tube far enough without it hitting the bearing, I have tried all three size bearing that come with it. My needles don't even come out of the tip with my normal tubes. I switched to shorter tubes and the needle tips barely clear the tube. I have tattooed for 15 years with coils and never had this problem. I feel like a dunce, but what am I missing here?

If I used my Pulse-matic tubes on anything else I'd get that problem but that machine has some real weird geometry...

Maybe the "stealth" my wife has isn't the official "stealth" ( feels strange when talking about a copy ) but she has never had an issue with tubes.

The only rotary machine I've had a similar problem with was the Nedz - but I found I had to adjust all the back steams and tips ( using only stainless ) just to suit that machine.
I had to set them up with more tip showing and less back steam sticking out of the grip.

a quick easy fix is to unbolt the chuck and turn it upside down works on some tubes. The camsupply one piece "W-type" tubes fit perfect( to short for most standard coils etc.) and are their best ones with good tips at a steal.http://www.camtattoo.com/cam/Itemdesc.asp?ic=WT006&eq=&Tp=

lso most china made tubes/tips will fit it as they are made smaller to-which the stealth is a china machine

yea you can move the bearing were its almost flush with motor can-but sometimes the motor also needs to be loosened and pushed back a hair in the frame but some times if your back stem is to long it will still hit the center pin of the bearing area.
