Have you tried it at the studio? There are lots more potential sources of RF interference in a house.

If that is all it is it is pretty straight forward. On my hurricane the voltage is switched and I just rewire my clip cords. I also use the constant on. So I barely use my foot pedal. I start the machine work for an hour. Then stop it.
