    The thing that looked strange is the poor engraving on the side and also the odd shape. What do you think? I would say replica.

    Looks like the original hyper to me - before the v2 was brought out - a genuine item.

    I've got a model that was made in between this one and the v2 - it's this lower but had an adjuster on it, Artemis from stigma upgraded it to the same spec as a V2 now for me.

    The only difference is that one on eBay is not adjustable, but still a great machine.

    They were adjustable in a way. The armature pin can be screwed in or out, as you screw it in it gets thicker creating a tighter fit on the needle loop.
    One of these was my first intro to rotaries.
