Heres the selector box I use. You can power it to light the led but there's no need really

The only other part is a standard mono 1/4 Jack to Jack cable to link the box to your psu.

ok, i will try to understand this in the morn, but how does it work? 1 pedal into to 2 clipcords? i'm new to gadgetry

yeah. the selector pedal sends the power from your PSU to one of the outputs at a time. So you just push the switch to alternate between machines
