    My Top Drawer

These are machines I use on a daily basis. I'll list them from left to right, top to bottom:

    top drawer.jpg

    Rulers, circle-makers, eraser shield etc.

    1) 1 of my Stealths, Josh Carlton short-stroke shader, Roy Richardson direct drive, Swash

    2) Neotat short stroke, Neotat medium stroke, Neotat long stroke, RotaryWorks linear rotary, Boog Shader #5 of 10 special run

    3) Next Gen, Juan Puente custom shader, Next Gen, Blitz aluminum linear rotary, Blunderbuss linear rotary

    4) Mike Young custom shitkicker shader, Mike Young custom shitkicker liner, Safwan Scribe liner, AZA damascus liner, Snake Yates rebuild as short stroke liner

I have equally as many coil machines in the 'bad machine' drawer and one rotary (because the front plate needs to be longer) The Next Gens are a little naughty and I might take them apart and reconfigure them (the person who had them before me may have tinkered with them because they run really weird), but for short little tattoos, they run ok for about 2 hours before they start sounding erratic. Maybe I should start a coil machine troubleshooting thread? Some of us still use them on occasion, and my custom ones are way too nice to get rid of....

Honestly, it depends on what I'm doing, and what my mood is.
