    At my shop we use to have a monthly art class and/or painting nights. It became a pain when I couldn't keep them all on task. I've been hinting to them that I want to do it again. I think they may try harder now knowing that I will take it away if they act like kids. When we were doing it, I saw improvment in their skills all the time...

    That's simply an awesome idea hands down. A lot of people get to that point when there comfortable with the work they do and just don't strive to be better.. Then sit around and wonder how paul booth pulled off a piece or how nick Baxter made something look like its really glowing.

    This idea got me thinking. I text and e-mailed all of my staff and asked what days work best for doing art nights again. Looks like we will be starting again in a couple weeks...

    shit i need to come work with you guys. everyone i work with doesnt draw or paint to get better. and that was always my goal as an artist. to push myself everyday see what i can really do
