Honey watercolors
hummingbird2.jpgoctopus.jpgsketch1.jpg
Some sketches from the past few days trying out honey-based watercolors from M Graham and Sennelier. They are a lot of fun to paint with and very fast..the hummingbird took about an hour and the others a lot less. Sketching in full color is where it's at!

That hummingbird is sick!!! Have you ever tried Dr Martin's water colors?

I have not..I'd like to try them and also Bill Waverly's acrylic watercolors! These are so damned nice that I feel like I can get any effect I want, so I might be happy for a while~it's the honey.

I gotta try 'em sometime. The waverly acrylics are as awesome as his pigments

I have tried a few of his tattoo pigments and like them a lot..leaning towards replacing my current lineup with all Waverly!
