Mine used to get hot running T-techs but a quick call to Ray and changing to super lube oil sorted that.
Might be worth a try if you are using cartridges.Play nice now people or your naughty posts will go in the Shit Box!

i just put the superlube grease where the rotating metal disc thingy is . the rest(slide area etc) i use clipper oil or super lube oil and it runs super quiet and smooth. never had it get hot at all
