    RCA NeoTat heating up!

I have a 3.5 NeoTat RCA and i got it in FEB 2012. I use it all the time as a coloring machine with 9-15 mag needles at about 9.5 volts. Ive noticed lately maybe a month or so that its gotten alot louder and its starting to heat up. I clean and lube it regualry, any help would be awesome. Its the original style and not the vivace.

Call or email NEOTAT about it. It could be an issue with the fit of the glide.

I had the same problem with a Vivace so I spoke to Ray and he said the same thing about a tight slide so I stripped it down and cleaned it then put it back together but still the motor started to heat up after about 5mins use. I have sent the machine to Ray for him to have a look at it, I will post a thread when I get it back and let you know what happens.

    Call its a simple fix.

Sending any of the builders pms on the site will not guarantee you get a speedy response since they are usually busy building and the normal workflow for most is interrupted when people place orders or take up warranty issues on here.
