"Better"? "Better for you" maybe is not the same as "better for me".
Unless someone has used both machines extensively I wouldn't listen to a word they say about which is "better".

I would rather have a totally new style machine by a reputable artist than something that has been done over and over by the Chinese, that are ripping off an incredible machine that already exists. If your gonna innovate have some respect and do your own thing, don't just copy someone else's shit

I agree. Nobody has a right to say anything is "better" unless someone actually has both. But here are my opinions without having ever used the ego. If you want to play it safe, go for the Diablo rotary. It uses a tried and true system but it is not considered innovative since it is using an existing platform - i have one and i like it a lot, just another good value machine that runs with the bigboys at a fraction of the price. the ego, on the other hand looks unique and innovative, but does it perform really well? I dunno since i dont have one and many here havent used it yet. It does look cool and fun to have but it's not a tried and true system yet. I dont like plastic bodies but maybe this will change my mind? maybe just get BOTH lol and u give us all a review of each lol.
