I have the Ned's MR04 and I enjoy using it. I use it for outline work, very fast and smooth. I have not really used it to do color work, but have done some black and grey and it was very nice tgraduatione solid graduations with grey wash.

It is the 3.5 stroke. Now I will say that the MR04 is a little louder sounding then some of my other rotary machines but it is super light and that is why I have primarily used it for out line work. And I like it for that
