For most rotary machines are slow for lining. I know many artists that will line pretty quick with rotary machines it just takes time to get used to. That being said not everyone has to use one tool for any one job.

Been lining with the Spektra 3.2 and having a blast. It's the first rotary I've used that can keep up with my hand (lining and shading)

The capo is reeeaally smooth, awsome shader and packs color with ease. Crazy fast heal times to! I use to do smaller fine lines with it 3's and 5's bust still preffer to line with coils. I would recommend a bishop over anything else.
