    yes,the arching motion seems to have a bad effect on the force distribution

    oh i just replyed to this and did not appear.
    inside the cylinder are 2 metal pistons and a spring ,and the next will be with teflon and spring tension adjuster,just to see how it works and sounds

    The builders from Special Technique may argue differently, well lots of builders may argue differently... its what the forum is for. Special technique has taken a very different approach to the placement of the pivot of the standard armature bar type machines. What you are working on is very cool and hopefully we will see it out of prototype and into production soon.

    That would almost make it run like a Rapier/ Rotory Works! Would be cool if you perfected it and sold it as a stealh add on!

    totaly agree with you,but on this machine seems to work better.before i could not use the machine at 6 volts,not to speak about 15 mag...,and as far as i know smaler voltage=smaler motor wear ....?

    Really depends on the motor. Some are just naturally slower but have a crap ton of torch. The one advantage to a machine that runs a little higher is you have more spread to make finer adjustments in your voltage and speed. if a motor kicks off stupid fast at two volts you have effectively only an on and off switch no dimmer.

    Is much quiter? as they have alot of chatter and you must put rubberband around back like a gromment

    tru admin the gen 5 i have has shit loads of torque can push any thing but not as fast as the new ones that have less torque but man can it put the color and black in with big needle setups!
