    Portrait with pastel

I recently started trying pastels and I really like how fast you can work with them, however I'm still trying to find the right support. Rembrandt pastels and derwent pastel pencils(which i got at a garage sale for $3!!) 9x12 on canson mi tienes back side. Probably still gonna work on it a little but trying not to overdo it and keep it somewhat loose.
Has been really helping me see color differently working with this medium.

Thanks everyone!! My favorite part is once you get started, it moves so fast and is exciting to see how the colors blend. Here's a few others I did as well, but didn't like the paper very much. Too toothy.
