    The needles do hang out when off, not a big deal to me as my swash tends to do the same so I am used to it. I have been using it mostly for large liners. It pushes a loose 9 amazingly well and I can keep my faster hand speed with it. Still like my Swash gen 7/6 for shading and color work.

    I have one on the way, as well as a forward coil. i'm stoked. I asked him a few things when I ordered . Weighs around 6.5 ounces I think he said and he replaced the plastic piece somewhere with a hard rubber so it quieted it down significantly. he couldn't find the right rubber at first to hold up the way he wanted but has the problem solved now so it's as quiet as any other rotary
