    First rotary build.

Very basic. Tattooed with it last night, ran really good, a bit more vibration than im used to with the neo-tat I have used. stroke length is about 4mm. Motor is mabuchi rk370. body housing is steel with mat clear coat over it. 20121002_046420121002_0464.jpg20121002_046320121002_0463.jpg20121002_046220121002_0462.jpg20121002_046620121002_0466.jpg20121002_046520121002_0465.jpg

yes i realize this, they actually sit quite low and the motor holds them down (unlike in the photo). however i think that in the future i will make 2 little nibs on the side to maintain their position.

Some shots of the build. I have another one sort of in the works. My one concern with this machine is the nipple on the excenter which is housed by the bearing seems to be "shedding" some brass. I am thinking to perhaps either A; lube that spot. B; undercut and use a bit of heat shrink on it to create a snug fit, or. C; use steel. However c is tough, i had tried making a few, but kept breaking bits trying to drilled the 2mm hole. 397311_10152158635260106_1347145778_n.jpg253010_10152158634915106_1772535431_n.jpg251338_10152158633400106_1753813898_n.jpg190317_10152158632960106_1281187065_n.jpg527456_10152158632100106_506143526_n.jpg
