    polarities!!?

I just got a stigma hyper 3, and it says it polarity protected? i re soldered my clipcord and now it works, and my other rotaries still work too, but is it hazardous to the other motors to switch it up like that?

my stigma will only run when the clip cord is correctly set. are the newer ones not set up this way? also why did u have to solder your clip cord ?

You should buy a RCA cord. They have some nice ones for just under $10 from Eikon. Then you can use the RCA for all of your rotary machines.

I think that is where the confusion is coming from. When you said clipcord in the beginning & now again, everybody is thinking a power cord w/ clips on the end(a clipcord) not a power cord w/ a RCA jack on the end. I can't imagine that it would give your other rotaries any problems now that you have re-soldered it.
