Welcome to the forum. Not a bad tattoo. I would say that a little bolder line work on the chair and hooks would be a nice touch. Take a look at some Japanese wave tattoos and art work in general to refine those waves a bit more. A little more contrast and dont be afraid of putting a little white in there as well. and get that shading in all the hooks to look the same and your on your way to a great piece. Keep at it and you will be a good artist.
