I've got mine set at 2.5 at the moment and can do some nice B&G with it. The machine with its' Maxon motor runs superbly, needless to say it's a Roman HM machine so the build quality is as you'd expect ,very good and well balanced. The stroke adjuster is a doddle to use ,and at variants from 2.5 to 5.5 in stroke, the tasks you can tackle with this lovely tattooing tool are boundless. I can't imagine anyone who likes DDs not liking this one. A big thumbs up from me then.

hey peter are you using rubber bands, needle runners or a large oring on yours? I wanted to get one but I like to use orings on Direct drives and wonder if they fit the frame shape.

I'm wondering, what do you lot think? Regarding O-rings,if you haven't got them dead right,if they're just a tadge too small, surely you're putting a lot of stress on the motor, like attaching a brake pad.
